Small independent villa in a 1000 sqm garden in Marseille, in a quiet residential area : no car traffic in the street and possibility to park the vehicle in the front of the villa.
This cottage offers a high quality services. A large living room, night and day areas separated by a sliding partition. Space meals and kitchen facing the Bay window overlooking the Garden. Refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, crockery, washing machine. Space night opening on the garden, with a king size bed (160x200) and a sofa-bed trunk that can be used by 2 people (2 x 90). Flat screen TV, wi-fi, air conditioning. Large bathroom with shower (80 x 120), wc.
Outside, a terrace accessible from the kitchen with table and chairs for breakfast in the morning, and another space at poolside, under the shaded, with BBQ.
Sheets, linens included. Cleaning on request (€40). Baby's equipment on request. Off season, minimum 2 days stay. Extra bed on request (extra). Pool available (except on Sunday), beautiful Mediterranean garden with flowery and shaded areas.
The city centre is accessible by tram (stop at 100 m - 20 minutes), and motorway access nearby in the direction of Cassis and its Calanques, Aix in Provence and its heritage take. Shops at 200 m, supermarket and shops.
