In the countryside, in a very quiet environment with hiking trails directly leaving from the house, the gite Tournesol is a haven of peace out of time. With adjoining terrace, it is located on the 1st floor and is adjoining another gîte. 3 other gites on site in total. A guard lives on the spot. The gite is composed of a living-room with sofa bed 140x190cm for 2 people, a table and 6 chairs. Open equipped kitchen with extractor hood, plate 4 vitroceramic fires, sink, small refrigerator, oven. 2 bedrooms : a first bedroom with 2 beds 1 person 90x190cm and a second bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm twinned. Shower room with shower 90x90cm and basin. Separate WC. View from the living-room on Mount St Julien. Private terrace with garden furniture. Common areas accessible to all gîtes : summer kitchen with planchas and barbecues, common freezer and fridge, large common terrace on the ground floor, large room that can be used as a reception area with billiards, porch for children, shared lounge with library, shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer (extra fee). Parking on the closed property. Cot and baby chair on request. Bed linen provided, towels for hire, final cleaning on request. Electric heating (charged to real consumption in winter on meter reading). Pets allowed: 40 € per animal per stay.
