The nearby market offers us every day a multitude of choices for the preparation of our pizzas, the fresh tomatoes, but also the emmental cheese and the dough, everything is hand-made.
The oven: the magical place of the restaurant, where we do all our cooking: Pizzas, grilled meats with their potatoes, bread, as well as some of our pies, everything or almost everything is cooked, is heated in this almost 80 years old oven.
